The invoice for your ordered credit packages will be sent by post within approximately 4 weeks after the order date: there is no possibility to view or download your invoices directly in Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect.

Does a switch to B2B Connect incur expenses?

How can I change or reset my password?

You can change or reset your password yourself. Simply follow the instructions listed under the 'Identity & Access Management' tab on the registration page. You can also change the password in the user settings menu once you are logged in.
How can I get access rights to the DSB system?

You will be given access to DSB if you meet the system requirements and are an independent workshop able to repair and service Mercedes-Benz-vehicles professionally (to manufacturer specifications).
I cannot start XENTRY WIS/XOT
Software
For the start of the applications XENTRY WIS/XOT OpenWebStart is required. OpenWebStart is an open source software package that must be installed locally on the workstations of all application users. Please follow the installation instructions to set up OpenWebStart on your workstation. Is the XENTRY Pass Thru EU also available to companies outside the EU?
Software
No, the products are only available in the EU. Please note that XENTRY Pass Thru EU can only be ordered by users with a registered office in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway. Users with a registered office in Switzerland cannot purchase XENTRY Pass Thru EU.
