Is there a synonym search in XENTRY WIS?

In XENTRY WIS there is a synonym search. In the WIS full-text search or the document title search, synonyms are taken into account. The synonym search can be switched on or off in the XENTRY WIS user settings. 

For which model series are Mercedes-Benz StarParts available?

Mercedes-Benz StarParts are available for selected model series aged 5 years or more. Among others, these include the following model series in the compact class: A-Class (169, 176), B-Class (245, 246), CLA-Class (117) and GLA (156). We also have StarParts offers for the C-Class (203 and 204), the CLK-Class (209), the R-Class (251), the CLS Sports Coupé (219, 218) in addition to the E-Class (211, 212, 207). Customers with SUVs and sports cars such as the M-Class (164) or the SLK (171) can also benefit from the StarParts portfolio.

The product range will be reviewed regularly and expanded.

The current range includes the most frequently use maintenance and wear parts, therefore covering the most important service events such as inspections or brake replacements. The following eleven product groups are currently available: brake pads and discs, oil filters, wiper blades, interior air filters, engine air filters, fuel filters, transmission oil filters, starter batteries, spark plugs and glow plugs. The Mercedes-Benz StarParts product range will continue to be expanded, so that we can support customers with an even broader range of products in the future. The product range may vary depending on the market.

What is XENTRY Remote Diagnosis?

XENTRY Remote Diagnosis is an app that enables independent service providers to use diagnostic functionalities for Mercedes-Benz vehicles with telematics capability. The functions include the display of diagnostic and vehicle data as well as other features that support the repair process.
