End of support and deactivation of all Retail Data Storage 4 terabyte (TB) systems
Please note that allĀ Retail Data StorageĀ 4 TB systems will be deactivated on July 1, 2025 as they have exceeded theirĀ useful lifeĀ of 42 months, are technically obsolete and have fullĀ hard drivesĀ due to the greatly increased size of ECU software. If you are still using aĀ Retail Data StorageĀ 4 TB system, please replace it with the currentĀ model Retail Data StorageĀ 2 as soon as possible. All details can be found in the attached information letter.
