<h3>XENTRY Parts Information</h3>
<p>You will have access to the Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts database for workshops. With your publisher access, you can research vehicle-related spare parts data and integrate it into your multi-brand solution. Publisher access allows for advanced usage options compared to the workshop-only solution.</p>

<h3>XENTRY WIS</h3>
<p>Our workshop information system (XENTRY WIS) offers vehicle-specific repair and maintenance information such as functional descriptions, wiring diagrams, installation instructions and basic data. This is a key tool for the optimal execution of workshop orders as well as helping you to provide quality maintenance and repair services which meet manufacturer specifications.</p>

<h3>XENTRY OPERATION TIME (XOT)</h3>
<p>With XOT (working and standard texts, indicative times and work values) you get access to the original manufacturer&#x27;s time specifications for workshop orders. Helpful for planning and scheduling in the workshop as well as for the calculation of orders. Optimally applicable in combination with our workshop information system (XENTRY WIS). Publisher access allows for advanced usage options compared to the workshop-only solution.</p>

Repair & Maintenance Information as a Service

We provide you with the following application accesses including the right of reuse:  XENTRY Parts Information (identification spare parts, accessories, and workshop equipment); XENTRY Workshop Information (information and work instructions for repair and maintenance work); XENTRY Operation Time (work positions and times).

<h3>Diagnostic data</h3>
<p>In accordance with the current European Type Approval regulations, we provide you, as an independent economic operator, with OBD- and non-OBD-relevant diagnostics data and information, intended for use in multi-brand solutions for marketing in the EU and EFTA member states. The data package is supplied via a secure, web-based server in the formats ODX (newer vehicles/control units) and HTML. The data package covers:</p>

<h3>SWAN. Secure file exchange for sensitive data.</h3>
<p>With the data exchange system <strong>SWAN</strong> (software for the worldwide exchange of usage data), Mercedes-Benz AG uses a modern and reliable platform for the uncomplicated exchange of multiple data formats without size limit, Mercedes-Benz internally and with development partners - process-reliable, transparent and comprehensible.</p>

<h3>Certificate-based security</h3>
<p>We offer secure diagnostics solutions for future Mercedes-Benz vehicles to those business partners currently offering multi-brand solutions and purchasing diagnostics data within the EU. In addition to the diagnostics data, after-sales certificates can be issued to business partners once the implementation of the cyber security requirements of Mercedes-Benz AG has been fulfilled. The certificates are intended for use in multi-brand solutions being marketed in the EU and EFTA member states.<br/>The new certificate based security concept will be implemented in new and revised EURO6 vehicles starting in the second half of 2020.</p>

Repair & Maintenance Information via Application

We provide you with vehicle diagnostic data and high-voltage battery diagnostic data for your individual solutions.

<h3>Remote Diagnostic Support (RDS) API</h3>
<p>Remote error detection: With RDS, you can access the latest diagnostic data of telediagnostics Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This information can be used in your own application— for example, to provide customer solutions that require vehicle diagnostics before repair. The data is available remotely, so the vehicle does not need to be on site.</p>

<h3>Remote Maintenance Support (RMS) API</h3>
<p>Workshop visits prepared in advance: RMS provides you with access to the latest maintenance-relevant data of telediagnostics Mercedes-Benz vehicles. This information can be used in your own application. For example, to offer a customer solution that requires maintenance information for workshop visits. The data is available remotely, so the vehicle does not need to be on site.</p>

For your individual use cases, you will have access to the Mercedes-Benz Vehicle Data Cards (VeDoc).

<h3>TIPS Topic API</h3>
<p>TIPS Topics API is a global &quot;knowledge transfer system&quot;, a knowledge base that is available for technical questions and solutions related to vehicles. <h3>Workshop Information API</h3>
<p>Receive first-hand service literature for improved vehicle maintenance. Workshop Information API gives you access to vehicle service literature since 1990. All the information required for a seamless and efficient workshop visit. Accessible documents include, but are not only, test and repair documents, circuit diagrams, maintenance and maintenance, service measures, forms and certificates or service overviews for manufacturer-specific maintenance.</p>
