How do I register a company even though I am not yet a customer of Mercedes-Benz AG?

What is Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect and which advantages does it offer?

Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect gives you access on one portal to:

  • The entire Mercedes-Benz genuine parts catalog

  • Parts price

  • Parts availablity

Which user ID shall I use to sign in to Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect?

Your Mercedes-Benz ID and initial password will be provided by Mercedes-Benz general distributor Gargash.
Do not forget to reset your initial password. 

What shall I do if I am unable to sign in with my login data?

If you forget your password, then you need to reset your password. 

Please click on the following link: https://login.mercedes-benz.com/ and click on "Forgot Password".
You will then need to enter your User ID and click the "Next" button.
Now you need to provide an email address that is not the Mercedes-Benz email address (if available). This email address must be identical to the email address you used when activating the user account.
You must now enter the 6-digit code that you received via email.

I received an email that my account has been suspended and will be deleted soon, what should I do?

Do you still need your User ID?
If you still need this User ID, the login status of your user must be reset. Please contact Mercedes-Benz general distributor Gargash by phone 043075142 or by Email: deirasales.parts@gargash.ae


If you have forgotten your password, it must be reset:
Please click on the following link: https://login.mercedes-benz.com/ and click on "Forgot Password".
You will then need to enter your User ID and click the "Next" button.
Now you need to provide an email address that is not the Mercedes-Benz email address (if available). This email address must be identical to the email address you used when activating the user account.
You must now enter the 6-digit code that you received via email.
Now you can set a new password.

I have received an email that my account will be blocked soon, what should I do?

Do you remember your password? Then please log into Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect and your account will remain active. 


If you have forgotten your password, it must be reset:

You will then need to enter your User ID and click the "Next" button.
