How do I register a company even though I am not yet a customer of Mercedes-Benz AG?

  • New registrations can be made directly using UMAS or in Mercedes-Benz B2Bconnect using the Register button.

  • To register using UMAS follow the link and select the "New registration" button in UMAS

  • The first step of the registration process records your company data, and then it records your personal data, IMPORTANT: Every user must provide us with a unique email address. The first registered user is automatically assigned the Administrator role (ORG-Admin) for the company, and they can then, e.g. create a new user.

  • After completion of the registration process you will receive various emails that require you to confirm your company information in the first step. After this, you then receive your user name and password.

Which user ID shall I use to sign in to Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect?

Please use your existing Mercedes-Benz user ID and password for Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect.

What shall I do if I am unable to sign in with my login data?

Please reset your password according to the instructions listed under the ‘Identity & Access Management’ tab on the registration page.

I received an email that my account has been suspended and will be deleted soon, what should I do?

Do you still need your User ID?
If you still need this UserID, your user's login status must be reset. This can be done by your responsible market administrator or you can contact: support-umas@mercedes-benz.com

Do you Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, your responsible market administrator or the support-umas@mercedes-benz.com can reset your password. Please enter your user ID, first and last name, e-mail address as well as the company name including address in your request.
You will then be asked to enter a unique e-mail address during the first registration and to verify it. Only then can you continue working. In the future, you will be able to reset your password yourself via an e-mail process.

Are you an administrator in your organization?
Then please remember to define your after-sales business partner via UMAS and the selection of corporate management.
