Why is it not possible to establish a connection with my VCI?

If you have difficulties connecting to your VCI, please check the following points:

  • The XENTRY Diagnosis application must be closed when using the NVH Kit.

  • If you have connected the VCI via WiFi, use the wired connection setup.

  • Only use a dedicated VCI for XENTRY Diagnosis.

  • If the vehicle is a Sprinter of the model series 907, please observe the note under "Why is it not possible to establish a connection with my Sprinter of the model series 907?"

Why is it not possible to establish a connection with my Sprinter of the model series 907?

Connecting the Sprinter model series 907 with heavy-duty approval (N1 approval) requires an adaptation in the setup or setup assistant. The setting from "OBD" to "WWH-OBD" must be changed here under "Log ". Note: It is normal that the connection with WWH-OBD takes longer than usual and a duration of 5 minutes can also be expected here. Please do not terminate the connection prematurely here.

With which model series is the NVH Kit compatible?

The NVH Kit is compatible with all model series with combustion engine (also hybrid) and 16 - pin OBD socket. We are currently working on offering the NVH Kit for our all-electric model series as well.
