Now mandatory: multi-factor authentication for XENTRY applications
Do you use one or more of our XENTRY applications (e.g., XENTRY WIS, XENTRY Tips, XENTRY Parts Information)? Then you benefit from enhanced security with every access, as the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now mandatory. This ensures targeted protection of your data and ours against unauthorized access.
To access a XENTRY application, you will need:
Username and password
Authentication app (smartphone or Windows desktop) or USB security key
Important note regarding logging into XENTRY Diagnosis (XD):
Starting with XD Release 03/2026, logging into XENTRY Diagnosis will only be possible online. Offline login will no longer be supported after this date.Ā After successful online registration in XENTRY Diagnosis, the diagnostic device can also be used without an internet connection.
This means that users performing Service24h assignments or working outside the workshop must ensure that an active Internet connection is available at the time of registration. We therefore recommend using a mobile hotspot for these scenarios.
