We are pleased to present a major change that has been frequently requested. Our completely revised parts catalogue provides numerous familiar functions to help you find the right part even faster. We have also made improvements in several other areas.

New parts catalogue
The new catalogue has a number of improvements in store for you. These include special catalogues, comprehensive information and 3D images that make it easier to find the required area.

Retailer response to order comments
Your retailer can respond to your comment on an order. You will find the response in the order details. We will also notify you by email.

Display of known bugs when creating tickets
When you start a new support request, we will first show you any known issues that we are already working on. If your issue is not listed, you can submit your request.

Ordering theft-related parts
If an order contains one or more theft-related parts, it can only be collected in person from the retailer upon presentation of ID.
