    How do I register a company even though I am not yet a customer of Mercedes-Benz AG?

    • New registrations can be done directly via the "Register" button or via our user management website UMAS https://aftersales.mercedes-benz.com/spa/home/#/

    • In the first step of the registration process, fill out and submit the form by providing your user and company details.

    • Afterwards, you will receive an email to confirm the company registration. After verification of the registration, a second email will be generated with the user ID and initial password.

    • You will then need to log in with this data, change the initial password and verify the email address.

      IMPORTANT: The email address must not be assigned to any other user.

    Which user ID shall I use to sign in to Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect?

    Please use your existing Mercedes-Benz user ID and password for the Passenger Car & Van division for Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect.

    How can I register for the XENTRY Shop?

    You can access the XENTRY Shop directly via the relevant product pages in the product information. If you do not yet have access to the XENTRY Shop, you will be automatically redirected to UMAS, where you can request access.

    What shall I do if I am unable to sign in with my login data?

    You can change and reset your password independently. Please follow the instructions of Identity & Access Management  Link: https://login.mercedes-benz.com/ during login with your user ID.
