XENTRY Tips is a universal, web-based data processing system that supports the worldwide exchange of technical information, expertise and solutions.

Thanks to links between XENTRY Tips, Parts Information and WIS/ASRA, in many countries it is also possible to transfer vehicle context and attributes such as part numbers, work and repair instructions directly to the linked application. This provides access to targeted information without any need for further research.

XENTRY Tips is the communications system providing the most up-to-date assistance in searching for symptoms. It features technical product repair information for Mercedes-Benz and smart-branded cars and is updated every day. Information is quickly and readily available via the easy to use search function.
