What is TradeClub?

The Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Program is a program designed to enable eligible customers to purchase certain TradeClub promoted part(s) through participating Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Retailers at or below special recommended TradeClub Price(s).

Who is eligible to become a TradeClub member?

Mercedes-Benz TradeClub membership is limited to eligible customers only. Eligible customers must provide evidence that they hold a valid Australian Business Number (“ABN”) and/or Australian Company Number (“ACN”) where applicable.

Eligible Customers must fall under one of the below categories and must not, and will not be, purchasing TradeClub Promoted Parts for the purpose of resale:

  • independent workshop;

  • independent bodyshop;

  • independent workshop and bodyshop;

  • fleet workshop;

  • franchised fast-fit or service outlet;

  • mobile mechanic/servicing;

  • used car sales outlet; or

  • eligible fleet customer as nominated by Mercedes-Benz

How do I register to become a TradeClub member?

Customers must complete all mandatory fields on the TradeClub Registration Form and accept the Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Terms and Conditions as provided by Mercedes-Benz from time to time. By submitting your TradeClub Registration Form, you represent and warrant to Mercedes-Benz that:

  • the person submitting the TradeClub Registration Form on behalf of the eligible customer is an Authorised Representative and is authorised to do so;

  • the information contained in your TradeClub Registration Form is true and correct;

  • the information contained in your TradeClub Registration Form is not misleading to any extent; and

  • the information contained in your TradeClub Registration Form does not breach any third party rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights or individual rights under the Privacy Act (Cth)).

Eligibility for Mercedes-Benz TradeClub will be set and determined at Mercedes-Benz’s sole discretion. Mercedes-Benz and nominated participating Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Retailers reserve the right to refuse your application for Membership but shall not unreasonably reject it. If your application for Membership is rejected, you will be notified in writing by Mercedes-Benz.

What are the benefits of TradeClub?

By becoming a TradeClub Member, you are able to purchase TradeClub promoted parts from participating Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Retailers at or below Recommended TradeClub Prices (as updated from time to time). The Recommended TradeClub Price is only available to TradeClub Members at participating Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Retailers.

In addition, as a TradeClub member, you will be able to participate in TradeClub promotions where you can earn TradeClub Reward Dollars, which can be redeemed against future purchases of Mercedes-Benz genuine parts or selected online redemption items.

Will I get access to TradeClub pricing if I am not a TradeClub member?

TradeClub pricing is a unique benefit available to TradeClub members only.

What happens if I don't have my TradeClub member number?

If you have lost or misplaced your TradeClub member number, you can check it by logging onto the TradeClub member website with your authorised email address, or you can contact your participating Mercedes-Benz retailer who can look it up on your behalf.

Can I sign up with more than one retailer?

When you sign up as a TradeClub member, your member number is valid at any participating Mercedes- Benz TradeClub Retailer. All you need to do is to quote your TradeClub member number to be eligible to receive the TradeClub special price.

Why should I sign up to accept marketing emails?

As a TradeClub member, we wish to communicate with you via email latest offers and also provide you with details of your reward dollar balances each month. So please accept the marketing emails request when you register/sign up to TradeClub.

How can I update my business details?

You can update all business details, including email address, by logging into the TradeClub website and visiting the ‘Your Details’ page. Alternatively, please contact your preferred retailer and they can request the updates.

How can I reset my password?

Your password can be reset via the login section of the TradeClub website. Select ‘forgot password’ and a link will be sent to the email associated with your account for a password reset. This email will expire after 24 hours. If no link is received, the email on file may be incorrect. Please contact your preferred retailer to confirm email address and organise a manual reset.
