Which user ID shall I use to sign in to Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect?

Please use your existing Mercedes-Benz user ID and password for Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect.

How can I register for the XENTRY Shop?

Please note that the XENTRY Shop uses different user IDs and passwords to Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect.
Please create a new user ID and password for the XENTRY Shop.

What shall I do if I am unable to sign in with my login data?

Please reset your password according to the instructions listed under the ‘Identity & Access Management’ tab on the registration page.

I received an email that my account has been suspended and will be deleted soon, what should I do?

Do you still need your User ID?
If you still need this UserID, your user's login status must be reset. This can be done by your responsible market administrator or you can contact: support-umas@mercedes-benz.com

Do you Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, your responsible market administrator or the support-umas@mercedes-benz.com can reset your password. Please enter your user ID, first and last name, e-mail address as well as the company name including address in your request.
You will then be asked to enter a unique e-mail address during the first registration and to verify it. Only then can you continue working. In the future, you will be able to reset your password yourself via an e-mail process.

Are you an administrator in your organization?
Then please remember to define your after-sales business partner via UMAS and the selection of corporate management.

I have received an email that my account will be blocked soon, what should I do?

Do you remember your password?
Then please log in to any Daimler application and your account will remain active.
You will then be asked to enter a unique e-mail address during the first registration and to verify it. Only then can you continue working. In the future, you will be able to reset your password yourself via an e-mail process.

Then your password must be reset. To do so, please contact your market administrator or the support-umas@mercedes-benz.com, stating your user ID, first and last name, e-mail address and company name including address.
