<h3>XENTRY WIS</h3>
<p>Our workshop information system (XENTRY WIS) offers vehicle-specific repair and maintenance information such as functional descriptions, wiring diagrams, installation instructions and basic data. This is a key tool for the optimal execution of workshop orders as well as helping you to provide quality maintenance and repair services which meet manufacturer specifications.</p>

<h3>XENTRY Operation Time (XOT)</h3>
<p>With XOT (working and standard texts, indicative times and work values) you get access to the original manufacturer&#x27;s time specifications for workshop orders. Helpful for planning and scheduling in the workshop as well as for the calculation of orders. Optimally applicable in combination with our workshop information system (XENTRY WIS). Publisher access allows for advanced usage options compared to the workshop-only solution.</p>

<p>In accordance with the current European Type Approval regulations, we provide you, as an independent economic operator, with OBD- and non-OBD-relevant diagnostics data and information, intended for use in multi-brand solutions for marketing in the EU and EFTA member states. The data package is supplied via a secure, web-based server in the formats ODX (newer vehicles/control units) and HTML. The data package covers:</p>

<p>With the data exchange system <strong>SWAN</strong> (software for the worldwide exchange of usage data), Mercedes-Benz AG uses a modern and reliable platform for the uncomplicated exchange of multiple data formats without size limit, Mercedes-Benz internally and with development partners - process-reliable, transparent and comprehensible.</p>

<h3>Certificate-based security</h3>
<p>We offer secure diagnostics solutions for future Mercedes-Benz vehicles to those business partners currently offering multi-brand solutions and purchasing diagnostics data within the EU. In addition to the diagnostics data, after-sales certificates can be issued to business partners once the implementation of the cyber security requirements of Mercedes-Benz AG has been fulfilled. The certificates are intended for use in multi-brand solutions being marketed in the EU and EFTA member states.<br/>The new certificate based security concept will be implemented in new and revised EURO6 vehicles starting in the second half of 2020.</p>

Diagnostic Data

<p>As an independent market participant, benefit from our Remote Diagnostic Support (RDS) and Remote Maintenance Support (RMS) solutions in accordance with Regulations (EC) No. 715/2007 and (EC) No. 692/2008. You get remote access to data from telediagnostic Mercedes-Benz vehicles (cars, VANs and trucks) according to ISO standards ISO/DIS 20078 and ISO/DIS 20080.</p>
