It’s that easy

1. Purchase 1, 5 or 10 credits for the XENTRY Combo Package. Your account can store up to 50 credits.

2. Open the relevant customer vehicle in Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect. Activate the use of the XENTRY Combo Package for its VIN for 24 hours in the “Working on the vehicle” area.

3. You can now use XENTRY WIS, XENTRY Operation Time and XENTRY Tips for maintenance or repair work for this specific vehicle. For an optimal overview, the remaining time of utilisation is displayed even before you open one of the three XENTRY applications.

Useful to know

• You can view the order you have placed (order ID) in your account area. You will also receive an order confirmation to your email address.

• The XENTRY Combo Package icon  in the list of your created customer vehicles shows you which vehicles are currently activated for the XENTRY Combo Package. You can find your activated vehicles in Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect at the top of your vehicle list.

• The 24-hour use of the XENTRY Combo Package is restricted to the user who has activated it. However, unused credits* can be utilized by all registered employees in your workshop for further VIN-based product activations.

* Unused credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

Workshop Information System (XENTRY WIS)
Always up-to-date repair and maintenance information for your workshop orders as well as maintenance or repair services.

With XENTRY WIS, you also benefit from the VIN-specific circuit diagram display thanks to the “Dynamic Wiring Diagram” (DWD) module. The included Wheel Alignment Online application (WAO) also gives you quick and convenient access to specified suspension data.


XENTRY Operation Time (XOT)
Thanks to VIN-based filtering of operation items and times, you can make workflows in the workshop process even more efficient.
