Since the end of January 2023, your independent workshop has been benefiting from the latest developments in Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect – from even smarter navigation to the restructured overview of customer vehicles and the independent detail page for each vehicle.
From now on, you can benefit from many more innovations in the portal:
Full integration of WebParts: thanks to an intuitive tile and list view, you can conveniently navigate to the desired parts and add them to your shopping cart.
Smart navigation via sidebar & toolbar: via our new sidebar on the left, you can easily switch to the account area or back and forth between relevant work steps of the currently selected customer vehicle as required. In addition, a toolbar gives you access to important functions at any time, including access to your vehicles list from any page.
Faster access to the information you need when working on the vehicle: Search several applications simultaneously for vehicle-specific information, e.g. XENTRY WIS, XOT and Parts Information. Search results lead directly to the respective underlying application, provided it is activated.
Redesigned account area: from now on, you can access your personal account even more intuitively – directly via the sidebar on the left of the vehicle list. In your account, you will benefit from a quick overview of your licences and optimised user management.
Order more flexibly for faster availability: if a desired part is not in stock at retailer A, simply select retailer B or C as the supplier for this specific part in the middle of the ordering process so as not to lose any time. Provided that several retailers have been saved as possible suppliers beforehand. It will then remain a single order process per vehicle.
It is best to try out these and some additional adjustments directly to familiarise yourself with them.
