    Which information is included in XENTRY Tips?

    XENTRY Tips contains up-to-date product-related solutions to technical issues with Mercedes-Benz and smart branded vehicles of all product groups (passenger cars, vans).

    This information is also provided by product managers as well as by diagnostics authors in plant service centers, at  GCSP and in the MPCs.

    Does XENTRY Tips also provide service information?

    No, service information can be found exclusively in WIS.

    Does XENTRY Tips offer a function to search for issues related to particular complaints?

    Yes, the XENTRY Tips Reader offers a number of search paths (they can be combined):

    • By vehicle type/FIN and construction group

    • By VIN / model series

    • By VIN/model series and Symptom

    • By VIN / model series and control units / fault codes

    • With the help of keywords from the complaint, you can use a full-text search to identify relevant issues and/or symptoms
