How can I order XENTRY Pass Thru EU (Diagnostic solution for a standard PC)?

Ordering flat user fees and time credits:
Ordering time credits of XENTRY Diagnostics EU (only for existing customers) or XENTRY Pass Thru EU is only possible in Mercedes-Benz B2B Connect. Other ordering methods (fax, e-mail, ordering by telephone from Mercedes-Benz AG, ordering via national organization/MPC or via Mercedes-Benz agent, etc.) are not possible.

Payment of flat user fees / time credits

If you are an educational institution and would like to order XENTRY Pass Thru EU for training purposes, please contact the commercial support prior to ordering.

When can I place an order?

To be eligible to order XENTRY Pass Thru EU, you must be a member of the authorised group of persons according to the block exemption regulation. Should the subsequent review find that you are not a member of the authorised group of persons, we reserve the right to block your access.

What are the requirements to order XENTRY Pass Thru EU?

Please note that XENTRY Pass Thru EU can only be ordered by users with a registered office in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

How can I extend my XENTRY Pass Thru EU system?

Under "Software", please select the menu item "XENTRY Pass Thru EU". There you can activate a new or extend an already active system. A panel "Extension" appears on top of the panel "Systems", where you can select the system for an extension. In the case that only one system can be extended, it is automatically selected. To complete the order process, the product must be added to the shopping cart. After a successful payment, an order ID will be created and the system extended. The extension can be viewed under "My workshop" > "Applications ".
